Yes. The free plan includes up to 3 clients, 3 AI estimates per month, and 5 saved water test readings. Invoicing, unlimited AI estimates, SMS reminders, and full chemical log export are Pro features.
Can I log water chemistry readings per visit?
Yes — pH, free chlorine, total alkalinity, cyanuric acid, and chemicals added are all logged per visit and stored in the client’s history.
Does it include AI-powered estimates?
Yes — describe the service and the AI Estimate Assistant drafts an itemized labor and chemical cost estimate you can edit before sending.
Does Pool & Spa Service Pro help at tax time?
Yes. Log business expenses and mileage as you go, and your chemical addition logs — already tracked per visit — automatically fold their product cost into your Supplies deduction. The Tax Center exports a plain-text Schedule C summary, a Schedule C CSV, a QuickBooks-compatible CSV, and a raw transaction CSV. Logging is free; export is a Pro feature.

Yes. All client, chemistry log, and invoice data is stored locally on your device — no account required, nothing uploaded except the service description text sent to the AI Estimate Assistant.
