The one-time Pro purchase is handled directly by Apple's or Google's own in-app purchase system — KGKV LLC does not use any third-party purchase-management service, and never receives or stores your payment information.
Cutout Booth does not request internet permission on Android and makes no network calls on any platform. This isn't just a policy — it's enforced at the app level, so there is no code path by which a photo, video, or sticker you create could be transmitted off your device.
The app requests camera access to photograph a subject to cut out, and photo library access to pick existing photos or videos and to save your finished results. Both permissions are used only for their stated purpose in the moment you use them.
Cutting a subject out of a photo or replacing the background in a video is performed by an on-device machine learning model running locally on your phone — no image or video frame is ever sent to a server to be processed.
Cutout Booth uses no third-party servers or cloud services. Background removal and video processing run using your device's own on-device machine learning, not a cloud API. The only party involved in the Pro purchase is Apple's App Store or Google Play, depending on which platform you install from — the same as any other app on your device.
All data — photos, videos, cutouts, and stickers you create — is stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the app permanently deletes all data. There is no server-side account associated with you.
You have full control over all data. Delete any saved image or video from your device's photo library, or uninstall the app to remove everything. Contact [email protected] for any privacy requests.
We may update this policy periodically. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
