When you use the AI Estimate Assistant, only the service description text you type is sent to a secure KGKV LLC proxy (hosted on Cloudflare), which forwards it to an AI language model. No client names, pet names, addresses, or personal information are sent to the AI service.
AI estimate requests are not stored or used to train AI models.
Any pet medication, health, or veterinary information you enter is stored exclusively on your device. This data is never transmitted to KGKV LLC servers or shared with any third party. We treat pet health information with the same care as personal health information.
Client reminders are composed as pre-filled SMS using your device's native messaging app. Pet Sitter Pro does not send SMS messages through our servers.
All data is stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the app permanently deletes all data. There is no server-side account associated with you.
You have full control over all data in Pet Sitter Pro. Delete any record within the app or uninstall to remove everything. Contact [email protected] for any privacy requests.
