Pool & Spa Service Pro Privacy Policy

Pool & Spa Service Pro stores all client, pool, and service data locally on your device. No account is required and your business data is never uploaded to our servers.
1. Who We Are

2. What Data We Collect
Pool & Spa Service Pro is a local-first app. All data stays on your device:
- Client information — names, addresses, phone numbers, and notes. Stored locally on your device only.
- Pool and spa details — pool type, size, equipment notes, and service history. Stored locally on your device only.
- Water chemistry logs — pH, chlorine, alkalinity, calcium hardness, and other chemical readings recorded per visit. Stored locally on your device only.
- Chemical usage records — chemicals added, quantities, and costs per service visit. Stored locally on your device only.
- Service schedules and invoices — job scheduling, visit notes, and billing records. Stored locally on your device only.
- Business profile — your business name and contact info used on invoices. Stored locally on your device only.
- AI Estimate usage count — a local counter for monthly AI usage (free plan). Never uploaded.
- Advertising identifier — used by Google AdMob to serve ads to free-tier users. Removed when you upgrade to Pro.
- Purchase receipt — processed by RevenueCat and Google Play to verify your Pro subscription.
3. The AI Estimate Feature
When you use the AI Estimate Assistant, only the job description text you enter is sent to a secure KGKV LLC proxy (hosted on Cloudflare), which forwards it to an AI language model. No client names, addresses, or personal information are sent to the AI service.
AI estimate requests are not stored or used to train AI models.
4. SMS Reminders
Service reminders are composed as pre-filled SMS using your device's native messaging app. Pool & Spa Service Pro does not transmit SMS through our servers.
5. What We Do Not Collect
- We do not require an account or collect your email address.
- We do not upload client data, chemistry logs, or service records to any server.
- We do not collect GPS or location data.
- We do not share your business data with any third party.

7. Data Storage and Deletion
All data is stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the app permanently deletes all data. There is no server-side account associated with you.
8. Your Rights
You have full control over all data. Delete any record within the app or uninstall to remove everything. Contact [email protected] for any privacy requests.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy periodically. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
