SeniorConnect is built for families caring for aging loved ones. We take the privacy of senior health and family data extremely seriously. Data shared within SeniorConnect is visible only to members of your private family circle — it is never shared with advertisers, data brokers, or any third party.

SeniorConnect uses Firebase (Google) to securely sync data between family members. The following data is stored in your private Firestore family database:
Medication information entered in SeniorConnect is health-related data. It is stored in a private Firestore database with access restricted to authenticated family circle members only. KGKV LLC does not access, share, or analyze this data.
All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. Firebase Security Rules restrict your family database so that only authenticated members of your family circle can read or write your family's data. KGKV LLC employees do not access family records for any purpose other than responding to a direct support request from a family circle administrator.
SeniorConnect uses Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to send push notifications for medication reminders and missed check-in alerts. Device push tokens are stored in Firestore and used only for delivering app notifications — they are never sold or shared.
Your family's data remains in Firestore as long as your family circle exists. To delete your account and all associated family data, contact [email protected]. We will permanently delete all family records within 30 days of your request. Individual family members can remove themselves from a family circle at any time within the app.
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time. Contact [email protected] for any of these requests. We will respond within 30 days.
SeniorConnect is intended for adults and families caring for aging relatives. We do not knowingly collect information from users under 13 years of age.
We may update this policy from time to time. For material changes affecting how we handle health-related data, we will notify family circle administrators via in-app notice before the change takes effect.
