No. Cutout Booth doesn't have a server, and the app has no internet permission at all — you can check this in your phone's permission settings. Every background removal, decoration, and collage happens entirely on your device, and nothing is ever uploaded anywhere.
From the result screen, tap Save to add it to your photo library, or Share to send it directly through your device's share sheet. "Make it a Sticker" adds a white die-cut border first.
Free gives every feature a real try, including one full-quality watermark-free export. A lock icon means it's part of Pro — premium backgrounds, batch processing (up to 10 photos at once), and Collage mode. Pro is a single $9.99 purchase, yours forever.
Video background removal is currently an Android-only feature. It processes every frame on your device, so it takes longer than a photo — a few seconds per second of video is normal, especially on older phones. Nothing is sent anywhere during this, it's all local processing.
