Delete Your Account

Request deletion of your FamilyHub account and all associated data

⚠️ Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your family circle data, chores, messages, and events will be permanently deleted.

Option 1 — Delete from within the app

Steps to delete your account in FamilyHub:

  1. Open the FamilyHub app on your device
  2. Tap the More tab (bottom right)
  3. Tap Settings
  4. Tap Account
  5. Tap Delete Account
  6. Confirm deletion when prompted

Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted immediately.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, send a deletion request to:

Include your account email address in the request. We will process your deletion within 30 days and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

Subscription billing records ⚠️ Partial Retained 7 years (legal requirement)

What happens to your family circle

If you are the creator of your family circle, deleting your account will also delete the entire family circle and all its data. All other members will lose access.

If you are a member (not the creator), deleting your account removes only your membership and your personal data. The family circle continues for other members.

We recommend notifying your family before deleting your account if you created the circle.
