Delete Your Account

Request deletion of your Solace account and personal data

⚠️ Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you're the sole admin of a care circle with other members, the app will ask you to pick who takes over admin before your account can be deleted — see "What happens to your care circle" below.

Option 1 — Delete from within the app

Steps to delete your account in Solace:

  1. Open the Solace app on your device
  2. Tap the More tab (bottom navigation)
  3. Tap Settings
  4. Scroll down and tap Delete Account
  5. If you're the sole admin of a circle with other members, choose who takes over admin
  6. Confirm deletion when prompted

Your personal account is permanently deleted immediately, and you're removed from your care circle's member list as part of the same action — see below for what that means for the circle itself.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

Data Deletion Requests

[email protected]

Include your account email address, and let us know if you'd also like your care circle's shared data (medications, journal entries, events) permanently removed. We will process your request within 30 days and confirm by email.

What happens to your care circle

Deleting your personal account also removes you from your care circle's member list, in the same action — you don't need to leave separately first.

If you are the circle's admin and other members remain, the app asks you to pick one of them as the new admin before your account can be deleted, so the circle is never left without one. If you are the admin and the only member, deleting your account also deletes the circle and its data (medications, journal entries, events) — there's no one left for it to be shared with.

If you are a regular member, deleting your account removes only your own membership. The circle and its shared data continue for the remaining members.
