Does SeniorConnect require an account?
Yes. Because check-ins, medications, and the memory journal are shared with your family circle, SeniorConnect uses a secure account (Firebase Authentication) so the right people see the right family’s data.
Is there a free version?
Yes. The free plan includes daily check-ins, up to 3 tracked medications, and a family circle of up to 3 members. Missed check-in alerts, unlimited journal history, and larger family circles are Pro (Family Plan) features.
How is our family’s data protected?
Your family’s data is stored in a private Firestore database protected by Firebase Security Rules, so only authenticated members of your specific family circle can read or write it. KGKV LLC does not access family records except to respond to a direct support request from a family circle administrator.
Can more than one family member check on a parent?
Yes — that’s the point. Invite everyone who needs visibility into the same family circle, so check-ins, medication updates, and journal entries are visible to everyone at once instead of getting lost in separate phone calls and texts.
