Family Caregiving App

Caregiving, coordinated — not monitored.

Solace helps families and caregivers stay coordinated around the care of an aging parent — medications, a shared memory journal, and a calendar the whole circle can see — without turning that care into surveillance.

Requires a free account to create or join a care circle. Data syncs securely across circle members via Firebase — see how below.

Solace — Aging Parent Care

Everything Solace does

❤️
Medications
Track what's being taken, when, and by whom logged it. Everyone in the circle sees the same list, so nothing gets duplicated or missed between visits.
❤️
Memory Journal
Photos and short updates from anyone in the circle, so the people who can't be there every day still feel close to what's happening. Voice notes with Family Plan.
❤️
Care Circle
Invite the people actually involved in care — family members, a professional caregiver, whoever's helping — with one shared invite code.
❤️
Circle Admin & Roles
One admin keeps the circle organized — can transfer admin to someone else anytime, and remove access instantly if someone shouldn't have it anymore.
❤️
Shared Calendar
Appointments, visits, and important dates in one place the whole circle can see.
What Solace isn't

Solace is a coordination tool, not a medical device and not an emergency service. It doesn't give medication or dosing advice, doesn't diagnose anything, and isn't a substitute for a doctor, pharmacist, or a dedicated medical alert device. For a real emergency, call emergency services — Solace won't pretend to be one.

FAQ

Common questions

Does Solace require an account?
Yes. Because medications, the memory journal, and your calendar are shared with your care circle, Solace uses a secure account (Firebase Authentication) so the right people see the right circle's data.
Is there a free version?
Yes. The free plan includes up to 3 tracked medications, a care circle of up to 3 members, and the memory journal. Voice journal entries, unlimited history, and larger circles are Family Plan (Pro) features.
Is Solace a medical or emergency monitoring app?
No. Solace is a coordination tool, not a medical device and not an emergency service. It doesn't give medication or dosing advice and isn't a substitute for a doctor, pharmacist, or a dedicated medical alert device. For a real emergency, call emergency services.
How is our family's data protected?
Your circle's data is stored in a private Firestore database protected by Firebase Security Rules, so only authenticated members of your specific circle can read or write it. KGKV LLC does not access circle records except to respond to a direct support request from a circle member.
Can more than one family member or caregiver use Solace together?
Yes — that's the point. Invite everyone involved in care into the same circle, with an admin who can add or remove people as needed, so medication updates, journal entries, and appointments are visible to everyone at once instead of getting lost in separate phone calls and texts.

Solace is free to start.
